HJC News: Shmini Atzeres – Simchas Torah – Bereishis

Remember to make an Eiruv Tavshilin today before Candle Lighting. 

Note that Shacharis on Simchas Torah morning starts at 8:30 AM. 

Deena and I invite everyone to a Kiddush on Shabbbos morning after davening in honor of our daughter Chana. 

This Shabbos at Shalosh Seudos we will resume our  series on the lives of Great Men. This Shabbos we will speak about Rabbi Naftali Neuberger, Menahel of Yeshivas Ner Yisroel, whose Yortzeit was on Chol Hamoed Succos.

The pre-Shacharis Gemara shiur, after-Shacharis Chumash-Rashi learning and evening Mishnayos shiur (now after Maariv) resume next week.

Kiddush in the Sukka no earlier than 8:13 PM. 

Heights Jewish Center will be hosting a Simchas Beis Hashoeiva for the entire community this Sunday at 8PM.  Please spread the word over YomTov and Shabbos.  

Please remember to call the office to make reservations for the Simchas Torah Luncheon.
