message from Heights Jewish Center

Dear Heights Jewish Center Members, Stakeholders, and Friends,

This past Shabbos two distinct messages were left on our synagogue’s phone. They were both disturbing and anti-Semitic.

The appropriate authorities and community partners have been made aware of what happened. Proper follow-up steps are being pursued.

We will continue to do everything in our power to ensure the safety and security of our community and will keep you updated as to any significant developments.

Sincerely,
Rabbi Raphael Davidovich, Mara d’Asra
Rob Altshuler, President

HJC, BABYSITTING CANCELED

GOOD EREV SHABBOS
DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST, WE HAVE CANCELED BABYSITTING THIS SHABBOS.

STAY WARM AND SAFE. BE CAREFUL ON THE SIDEWALK AND STREETS.

IF YOU WALK ON THE STREETS, WALK ON THE LEFT SIDE – FACING TRAFFIC- IT’S THE LAW, AND IT IS SAFER TO SEE CARS COMING AT YOU THAN TO HAVE THEM APPROACHING YOU FROM BEHIND.

ROB
