I have just been informed by the Eruv Society that the Eruv is currently DOWN. It is not expected that repairs will be completed prior to Shabbos coming in. This is the first such event in 33 years. You are advised to check the Eruv Hotline late Friday to see if the status has changed. That number is 216-586-9222
