Mazel Tov to Ishai Gahanian, and his parents Oren and Talia Gahanian, on Ishai’s Bar Mitzvah. Kiddush is sponsored by the Gahanians in honor of the Bar Mitzvah.

Mazel Tov to Peter and Paula Baum on the birth of a granddaughter last week, Rivka Sheina.  

Mazel Tov to Sandy Cohen on the birth of a great-grandson. The bris was held today in New York and the boy was named Boruch Yaakov.    

Shalosh Seudos is sponsored by Harold and Feiga Males in memory of Feiga’s father, Mordechai Tzvi ben Nochum Dov. 

A breakfast, followed by elections for the next term of shul officers and Board members will take place this Sunday October 30 at 9:00 AM. All members in good standing are eligible to vote.  There are more candidates for the board than there are positions, so your vote will make a difference.
A community-wide Cemetery preservation will take place Sunday, November 6th 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM  at Lansing Cemetery – 3933 East 57th St.   Lansing Cemetery is owned in large part by Heights Jewish Center.
